Because of the individual tailoring of our packages we can only give guidance as to the cost of various activities.
Stalking costs:
Red Stags: 1 July – 20 October
Depending on the estate booked, the prices range from £420.00 - £495.00 per stag, stalker’s tips are extra and paid directly by the client. If you shoot and miss a beast, or shoot and wound a beast, then the full charge is made. On stalking days the client (rifle) will be offered a shot at a stag or two, if a two stag day has been booked. A shot and miss or a wounded beast is charged at the full rate. However, after a miss and if time permits, at the discretion of the stalker, the client may go on to have another shot and if successful then only one stag will be charged for the additional stalk.
Red Hinds: 21 October – 15 February
Prices range from £195 - £240. This is an outing charge, with an expectation of shooting 1 -2 hinds per day. If, however, nothing is shot, the price per day is payable (although this is unusual)! Demand for both Hind and Stag stalking has increased in popularity in recent years. The above prices do not include charges for accommodation, transport, rifle hire, ammunition, permits insurance etc.
Although we mainly arrange shooting weeks for pre-formed groups however, we do occasionally have individual places available and are more than pleased to discuss with individual guns their requirements.
