Monarchsport is based in Logiealmond, Perthshire one of Scotland’s most scenic counties with rich arable and diary farms, fast flowing rivers and an abundance of heather clad mountains and dramatic glens. It is home to some of the best sport in Britain, from salmon and trout fishing to grouse shooting, roe and red stalking, pheasant, partridge, duck, goose and all forms of game bird shooting.

At Monarchsport we specialise in two specific areas of field sports, driven game shooting for parties and highland red deer stalking for individuals and parties who wish to experience this magnificent sport in the glorious scenery of the Scottish mountains. We offer our clients outstanding sporting experiences in areas of stunning natural beauty. With forty plus years of experience in the field, ours is a highly bespoke service of individually tailored hunts for groups and individuals. We use the best locations available to ensure that what you book is what you get, whether a 400 bird driven pheasant day or a two stag day of deer stalking.

Our fully inclusive packages start with collection from Edinburgh airport, transport to, during and from the shoots, all inclusive accommodation, meals, gun/rifle permits, licenses, ammunition, gun/rifle hire, gratuities and first class sport provided on some of the finest estates in Scotland. All groups are hosted by us to ensure that what has been booked at an estate, on behalf of our clients, is provided and the important liaison between clients and sport provider is ensured. Every detail is taken care from peg selection to keeper’s gratuities and gun cleaning at the end of the day. All you need to do is enjoy a fabulous and memorable sporting week.

Many of our clients return year after year having found that the service provided by Monarchsport is without equal. Tony Ross and his wife, Jane, also owned and ran two 4 Star hotels and so combine their in depth knowledge of field sports with the equally important domestic arrangements for their clients. Jane, an awarding winning chef, caters for the shooting party at lunch time on the estates at the estate house, lodge or gun room and provides some delicious savouries to go with mid morning elevens’ taken in the field between drives.

We only use traditional sporting estates that offer the finest sporting experiences that Scotland has to offer. Estates where traditions are maintained and the sport practised as it has been for centuries. Our services continue those traditions by providing groups with a fully escorted service in the field and liaison services at the accommodation centre whether a hotel or shooting lodge. Accommodation in Perthshire can range from the World-famous Gleneagles hotel, Cromlix house, the Royal hotel in Comrie, through to our own award winning B and B offering guests a choice to suit.
